We buy housewares, packaging and recycled materials direct from producers abroad, handle export documentation and US customs, and place the product with American retailers, distributors and industrial buyers. For manufacturers without a US presence, we are that presence.

Housewares is where the company started and where its buying relationships are deepest. The other two divisions use the same lanes, the same freight relationships and the same documentation work.

02 — Capability
Buying direct only helps if someone is standing on the factory floor when the line runs, and knows what US customs will ask for. That is the work we take on.
For producers outside North America, we act as the US commercial counterpart: buyer introductions, pricing to the American market, and a domestic entity to contract with.
Where a plant needs demonstrated demand before it is financed or built, we structure offtake and letters of intent against real US buyers.
Pre-production samples, in-line checks and container inspection before loading. Defects get caught at the plant, not at your distribution centre.
Food-contact declarations, material test reports, country-of-origin marking, certificates of origin and the customs file your broker needs.
Artwork, barcodes, multilingual labelling, retail-ready cartons and display packs built to the retailer's specification.
Booking, insurance, customs clearance and inland delivery arranged end to end, or handed to your own forwarder at the port.
03 — Leadership
Managing Member
Thirty years in plastics manufacturing, recycling and international trade, on both sides of the Atlantic. Dual citizen of the United States and Türkiye, working between San Diego and Istanbul.
Chairman of the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters' Association from 2006 to 2018, one of Türkiye's largest export associations. During that period he established the US–Turkish Trade Centers in New York and Chicago, opening a direct channel between Turkish producers and American buyers.
Currently Vice Chairman of the Board at Sönmez Global Plastik, an integrated plastics manufacturer and mechanical recycler, and an adviser on industrial investment projects in polymer processing and material recovery.

05 — How we work
A first order usually runs eight to twelve weeks, depending on tooling and season.
Send your item list, target price and annual volume. We come back with a costed offer and lead time.
Production samples and packaging mock-ups sent for approval before anything is committed.
Proforma invoice, payment terms and Incoterms agreed. Letter of credit or telegraphic transfer, both fine.
The plant runs your order. You get a weekly status note and photographs from the floor.
Final check against the approved sample, then the container is loaded, sealed and photographed.
Bill of lading, invoice, packing list and certificate of origin issued. We track the vessel until it clears.
